Professionalism and experience, careful choice of raw materials, respect for the earth and our animals: all this is the basis of our success,a success built over time and which has its roots in the distant 1870. The dairy has always been linked to the city of Scarnafigi, a small town in the province of Cuneo. The agricultural and zootechnical tradition have always distinguished this municipality, the mild climate and the presence of some watercourses make this area particularly suitable for forage crops.


As per tradition, the cheeses produced in this area of Italy are particularly tasty and their production is lenta cure, an attention and an iron dedication. All cheeses are produced with natural and genuine ingredients. The method of breeding and feeding, but also the "history" of each individual animal, are essential to define the aroma of the cheese.

The diet consists largely offodder and cerealsgrown on the company's land, with all the precautions required to produce and preserve quality food. The administration of these products is calibrated in relation to the physiological and productive needs of the animals.
